Aside from some obverse "glitches," this 1924 Peace dollar doesn't look bad . any thoughts on grade would be appreciated.

This was a nice high grade coin that was unfortunately harshly cleaned and scratched. It is a common date issue that has little remaining numismatic value. It still has intrinsic value due to silver content.

Many collectors would not agree with the assessment, "doesn't look bad". Both surfaces are covered with hairlines making this a melt value piece of bullion to most ~$15.

Mr.Coin Man, is a fairly new member and probably likes his purchase so, it probably doesn't look bad to him.
