It looks like I will be hitting 500 posts sometime soon. I will be having a contest when I hit that milestone & I need some input. The contest will have a 4 part answer. Originally I planned to have a prize for the first person to guess each part, now I'm wondering if I should lump all the prizes together for whoever gets all 4 parts right. What do ya'll think?

I didn't think about one person winning all 4. The prizes I was thinking about aren't all equal. I don't know if it would be fair to keep someone from winning a prize they may like better just because they won the first part. Maybe I should try to make all the prizes about equal, & let people pick from the group. I have about 14 posts before I have to make a final decision, at the rate I have been posting recently thats about a week so I have plenty of time to ponder.

If you named the prizes available as P1,P2,P3,P4, before the contest starts, I can't see anyone getting their knickers in a knot about one prize being better than another.

First person that gets P1 right wins.XXX. First person that gets P2 right wins.XXX. etc etc etc.

OR let them choose by who answered one of the questions right first (the first person to get one of the answers right would get to pick his/her prize first and so on).

Nancyc has a great idea, that's what i'd do personally. 4 prizes, 4 people = more fun!
