Yes the correct back. I looked under a loop and the ink is real ink not a part of the printing.

The First Confederate note I ever bought was when I stopped in to visit Grover Criswell at his home in Salt Springs fla. He was nice and gracious and a bit off color but funny. He sold me several notes including a 64 500 and 50 I bought from him up to his passing.

Looks that way. Aside from having the same number, there's a dark mark above each A (upper left) which oddly appears on the following two notes. Is that environmental damage? It's like they were all clipped together or something.

For comparison, here is a genuine T-68. Maybe it's the lighting, but the OP's note looks washed out.
