Looks to be a VF range 1934A North Africa $10 silver certificate. Your title was a bit misleading cause they stopped making gold coins in 1933 and this isn't a gold but a silver certificate.

Your note is actually a 1934A North African Silver Certificate (Fr.2309) and looks evenly circulated in fine to very fine condition with numerous folds and light staining. Why do you describe it as gold ?

Recent pricing shows it to be worth between $60-$100

Even though it says Silver Certificate at the top, the gold seal kinda throws us off at first glance.
