I'm sure some of you know what this was graded but I thought I'd post some pics for other opinions. This is definitely the best looking LWC in my collection! Thanks dd27.

Sorry the obverse pic is a little out of focus (I now get to practice taking pics through a slab).

I just remembered: there is also ghosting of Lincoln on the reverse.

The photo might be picking up scratches, smudges, etc. from the slab.

Have to go by what we can see. The pictures show a lot of obverse field distractions. Just noticed the ghosting on the reverse, there is a lot of strike weakness in those areas. Some nice luster - it wouldn't surprise me if it's higher - pictures.

Thanks everyone for the input! I'll see if maybe I can get clearer pics making sure to note slab marks.

If I can't get any better ones, I'll just show the grade. This is PCGS, by the way.

After examining the slab closely, there are virtually no scratches in the target area except at about 8 o'clock on the reverse overlapping the rim (fuzzy, but visible in the pic). I couldn't achieve any better pics with what I have available, so here's the slab:

It does, but for some reason when I take high resolution pictures all of these unexpected marks show up out of nowhere!

What is the TPG standard? 10x? I think we're well beyond that zooming in on these. If you magnify enough, you can find imperfections in anything.

Thanks again dd27 for your generosity in allowing me to experience a slabbed coin! You do know, however, that you've created an indelible desire in me now...
