It is a nice looking coin with strong luster. Some strike weakness and the discoloration by the left wheat stalk would likely hold it to 65RD.

Don't be surprised if it turns out to be an RB rather than a RD.

Apparent marks in front of nose hold it to 64RD for me, but great find.
