Not sure how many of the marks are ion the holder or on the coin. I agree with Crazyb0, MS-63 or better.

A couple of minor digs below the eagle's beak, nice luster. MS63 seems ok to me.

It is interesting to note that there seems to be many collectors who prefer the eye appeal of MS++ 'blast white' or 'red uncirculated' coins, to those MS++ coins that are heavily patinated.
I have sprayed a 1964 Kennedy when it was first released with inert clear acrylic lacquer, (which is easily removed with acetone), and encased it in a clear screw sealed hard acrylic capsule. This coin appears exactly the same as it did in 1964.
Chemically, the 'in between' state of rainbow toning is unstable over a period of decades. Sell these coins when eye appeal is at it's best.

 I like it! I think it can go to MS64. can you tell if the light scratches on the right side of the obverse are on the coin or on the holder?

I agree with Frog at 64. If you haven't bought it a 65 will only cost a little bit more.
65 and 66 are common grades for this date and even 67's aren't that hard to find.

64. Can't tell if some of what appears to be toning is pvc residue. Left obv field.

Thanks for the replies everyone! I went ahead and purchased it. It's rated at MS63. I feel like it's definitely a decent MS63.
