This site has me going through all my change...lol

I bought 2 rolls of cents at the grocery store and found some I'm not sure about.

Is this a Greaser or just wear?

On the Cent at the top, the letters appear to be partial Grease Filled Die, but it does show signs of wear on the steps and part of the memorial, and looks like you have a floating roof too

1983 Cent, if the reverse is normal, partial MAD

Nickel, I am guessing wear

Cent at the bottom, maybe a small die crack

Rest in Peace

Curious of the year for the first coin. 1969 or 1970 or something else? Thanks, Doug.

Keep in mind that the reverse on that area is also facing an issue with metal flow because of the bust on the obverse just opposite that area. So that can leave that area weaker. I'm guess the first reverse image is from a 1960's coin because of the weak design on the steps and the upper center of the building on the cornice, and roof areas. (this was common during that period)

The 1983 looks like a tilted die issue, creating a fin that was flattened during circulation.

Thanks, Blair for confirming the date. Floating roof from over (die) polishing seem common (to me) these two years is why I asked.

Second is concerning the other weakness shown on the reverse is primarily opposite the bust on the obverse.

This is common because the bust being a resource hog for material flow. Often leaves the devices looking weak or incomplete on the reverse. Grease Fill and rolled thin stock can show similar results. Thanks, Doug.
