I have never looked much at rim Cuds, but this coin caught my attention. Is this a rim Cud or just a lot of folding over by where there is a bit of MAD going on?

I'm not quite sure about MAD because of the pic angles.

Maybe it's folded-over rim fins?

Note how irregular this looks? This looks like a rim Cud issue. Note how the height above the rim by the 'WE'? That tells me is more than a flattened fin issue.
