I think taking pics with a phone doesn't show doubling that well here's the best I can do on epu

With all the pictures could it be 101,102, or not a doubles die?

Better images would be needed. From the ones provided, I can't tell if it is hub doubling or machine damage on the motto. So when you get a chance to improve the images, we will know more.
