What I find works best is full coin pics first, then closeups afterwards for areas in question. Edit: properly oriented also helps. Could you try taking pictures without a loupe? If you go into camera settings and turn on macro mode, you should be able to focus on the coin from a distance of less than six inches. You can then use the on screen zoom to get closer pictures of the details to post here. I think you'll have better lighting and a steadier hand that way. (You can set the coin on a table and stack several books to place your phone on. Taking the phone out of your hand reduces camera shake.) Report this Post to the Staff
