You need to get some light on the coin so it can be clearly viewed. Any grade assigned from these photos would not be worth much.

I could see the detail making XF40 but it looks polished or lacquered. Is there a coat of fingernail polish on it?

Coin is way too dark to grade, sorry, don't know how the others are grading it?

Nice looking example to me. At least EF-45 sharpness, perhaps AU-50, not a details coin.
