I also found these 2 coin rolling. I thought they might've been subjected to heat or electric current. I have not soaked either of these. Thanks for looking and all advice is appreciated!

Environmental damage, cupronickel coins frequently develop a brown patina from soil exposure.

That is simply environmental damage. As for the color, the bottom of my dad's metal coffeepot has rainbow color from heat. Same with pots out of the dishwasher sometimes.

Very common for metal detector finds to look like that.

Silver being the exception. If silver is pulled from ground without salt, it will often be as nice as the day it was lost.
