Big die chip on the window frame and...doubling in the window pane separator ("wood" between squares of glass).

Looks like an internal die chip. Most often we see die chips on the outside edges of the devices. Looks like die flow is happening in the fields, the coin die is probably in the LDS die state when your coin was struck.
