I think it rates a G-06. It needs more central detail on Miss Liberty to rate a VG. Is that a crack of some kind at the lower reverse? The photo isn't clear enough to tell.
The PCGS price guide shows $250 for this coin in G-04. Their prices are high retail for coins in PCGS slabs. For this raw coin in slightly better than G-04 grade, I'd think a realistic value might be about $175.
