The majority is correct, as is often the case on CC Forum. I do think PCGS should have loosened up and given this coin a '64. It really does have outstanding luster and only the tiniest of marks.

I tired of looking at and grading Walkers !
Of course having sorted and sold a few dozen Walkers this week has something to do with it
