Ok, so looking at this coin does he have two faces in one? By ear is eye of one face he had two noses look like double chin. Looks like he was double struck over own face and the 19. And whats the braid like thing behind ear? Is this two different coins? And his nose has a crack in it? (Die crack?) confused

I tried...is this your question? Clearer pix is needed but this looks like PMD, damage, took a direct hit on the schnoz!

I think the nose took a hit and the rest of what you may be seeing could be Die Deterioration, neither of which are errors.

But, clearer pics with background cropped out could help.

Circulation damaged.
Incuse on the coin, because the coin took a hit.
