I know I am going to have to start looking through them. Especially after working there, when I did separate some dimes I was taking all the 42's out for a closer look- but they said they usually don't bother. I know the 42-D overdate is not easy to spot....I just know there is one waiting for me to find in there ! And now this too...I guess with silver high....dimes are cheap ! Is that from a roll ? or did you purchase it as the DDO ? Nice looking coin ! Report this Post to the Staff

What I can say is that unfortunately, I can't see anything that looks like die doubling in these pictures. The lighting and the focus make it pretty tough to pick anything out. amac44 Member United States 3242 Posts	Posted 04/06/2008 3:24 pm I am 99.9% sure that this in a DDO 1964 my camera cant pickup the ridges on the devices. its only 2.5x but if you had this in hand you would see what I am trying to get a picture of. it jump out at you with a 10x lop but I have no way to hook it up to my camera. On every Roosevelt dime, you see the eye, above that the eye lid and above that the brow line. I don't see anything unusual about the eye. Thanks, Bill Report this Post to the Staff
