Just picked this up. Looks to be a good set. The nickel also looks to have all its steps. Your thoughts

We need large straight-on, in focus closeups of each coin to make a reasonable determination.

Really tough to tell from those photos. I don't see anything that stands out as distracting.

NOT a mint set, just one each of the Philadelphia issues that someone has put in a capital plastics holder. No true mint sets until 1947 (In my opinion) and they were double sets with two coins of each denomination from each mint.

I say this because you DON'T want to pay any knid of a premium just because it says it's a "mint set".

Conder is spot-on.

Larger, close-up pics would be necessary for worthwhile grading opinions.

I don't see anything earth shattering. An average unc (60 to 63) P grouping like that should retail for something around 60 to 75$ in my opinion. Nice set in a nice holder!

A fine looking set but, as some have noted, that's not original mint packaging. That said, the quality of coins is what one would expect in an UNC mint-issued set. My guess is the coins were pulled from quality BU rolls, typically 60-63 grades, to assemble these sets.
