I believe those are brush marks from the die being polished.

Wait for a second opinion.

That or Feeder Finger Damage that gouged the die. That's my guess.

I believe spruett nailed it.

I had a 2015D LSC that had similar marks on reverse. Thought the same thing as Crazyb0 but was mistaken.
