It's funny how a tough variety will come along and 3 or 4 will pop up all at once. Then the variety disappears and it could be many years before another variety of this type comes along. I can see now how the RP-9 is so hard to pick out on this variety in the lower grades it would be almost be impossible to see it. Devlec & Viper your coins because of the grade the RP-9 jumps out at you. Wonder how everyone missed the 9's on these coins. It's good thing, because it allowed you to pick them up.
