Probably not, you can try acetone, but that print's been on there a while...the skin oils will have already interacted with the metal. Try a soak in acetone then rinse with distilled water, not tap (too much chemicals added). Pat dry wit a very soft cloth, don't rub. That's about all at this point. Doesn't look like much circulation, a few tiny hits but overall in nice condition, with that print, it takes it out of MS range, give it AU-58+.

don't try to clean it, you can't vhange a fingerprint like that one, you'll ruin it.  Nice obverse would be a high MS if not for the print, MS-62RD
