I can see the "dovbl" and the Fleur de lis, so this has clearly been narrowed down a bit.

Can anyone narrow this down further to type/ year?

Most likely reads "DOVBLE TOVRNOIS" followed by the date. Sorry, but no time to track it down.

Edit: Obverse (bottom pic) may be: CHARLES. I. DVC. D. MANT. S. DAR.

Thanks! I can sort of read the date: 16x0, which seem to make it Charles II and the year would have to be 1640. I think that this is a new one for my country list!

The year is 16X0 AD. I'm trying to figure out which numeral the X is...
