Are these Chinese coins fakes/ fantasies, or am I missing something? For the coin on the left, the obverse has the correct markings for emperor Hsien Feng, 1851-61, weighs 4.6 grams and has a diameter of 26 mm. However, the reverse matches the markings of a 5 cash coin, except that the symbol for the mint does not match any. Can anyone recognize the mint? The second coin, on the right (lighter colour), the obverse has the correct markings for the emperor Kuang Hsu (1875-1908), weighs 4.0 grams and has a diameter of 24 mm. However, the reverse is quite unlike anything in the books. Obverse  reverse

I really don't know. These are real for a surety. These are Ching Dynasty and are from the Kwangtung Mint, meaning is "Board of Revenue Mint". The squiggle on left reverse indicates that , right character is Mandarin meaning "Fountainhead of Currency". Your characters are different except for one squiggle so...? I've seen other nationality coins with 4 characters such as japan and korea, maybe these are them. Mine, the characters are crisp and thin, note the casting points around the edges, they are cast like a tree branch, coins then broken off and rough edges sanded, but still rough.

The fabric on both look wrong, and the right one is definitely a fantasy.
I cannot find that mintmark for the left one in Hartill's guide, so I'm in lined to call it a fantasy as well.

The piece on the right is not a regular cash coin, it's a charm with the inscription ding cai gui shou.
may you acquire wealth, honor and longevity.
Your piece may or may not be a copy, but having the word "Ding" as the top character on one side leads me to the fourth heavenly stem, so that suggests to me you may not find this if you are searching common cash coinage. You need to search charms, amulets, good luck pieces and so on.
