I'll go VF25 here. We need to stop with the GTG (guess the grade) threads and change them to GTPG (guess the third party grade). It would be a lot more challenging not knowing who submitted the coin and when they submitted it!

I would grade that one VF-20, but it does not have good eye appeal.

I'm at F15 (with a plus possibly) the old scratches should drop it back down for me, (which these days seem to straight grade on pre 1850 coins with the TPGs) but I can easily see them calling it a VF20.
