Nice looking coin. F-15, might have a shot at VF-20.

I am at F-15 also. All of the Variety 4's "Motto Above Eagle" are tougher to find, Nice coin.

I'd stretch it to VF20 based on what we've seen lately. It is a very nice example of a key date quarter. I like yours better than this VF20 piece that sold for $650 on Heritage. https://coins.ha.com/itm/seated-qua...Lot=1x=0&y=0

PCGS hasi this coin at F-12. I'm in the F-15 camp. Just a tad undergraded IMO. Possibly because of the weak denticles on the obverse.
