Could someone please tell me if the 25 on the back of this coin would be considered a double die? Also the date on the front a double die? Would it be possible for someone to grade this for me? Thank you.

Scans (assuming) are a bit small but I would say no on doubling. Grade VF+ , again judging on your (guessing) scans. If possible , Large high res photo's are much better
There are several types of doubling. Your example may be a Machine Doubling rather than a die doubling. The Machine Doubling is caused when the coin bounces as the dies start to separate.
