Could someone please tell me if the 25 on the back of this coin would be considered a double die? Also the date on the front a double die? Would it be possible for someone to grade this for me? Thank you.

Scans (assuming) are a bit small but I would say no on doubling.
Grade VF+ , again judging on your (guessing) scans.
If possible , Large high res photo's are much better

There are several types of doubling. Your example may be a Machine Doubling rather than a die doubling.
The Machine Doubling is caused when the coin bounces as the dies start to separate.

The number five on reserve has doubling can be seen clearly but two is not showing there
