Hard to say, is that a scan?
I have a feeling the coin in hand is much different than the picture.

I like it, but the rather monotone color differentiation looks like a scan, rather than a photo.

Obviously mint state, at least RB, possibly Red.

Looks 64 RB based on photos provided.

It's a photo. Seller says color is true - and odd.

MS64RB. If not for the weak obverse strike (not exactly uncommon here) and the nick in the motto at WE I think this is close to a 65.

From the sharpness, marks and tiny spots, I'd say MS-63, but the odd color in the photo makes it impossible to decide if the piece has been messed with to change the color. The look in the photo is not natural, but that might be due to the white balance in the photo.
