dont see the CC a lot and when you do they are mostly low grade examples. I think this one may push F12 however the obverse appears to be pitted. you'll need to determine that in hand

To me it is no better than a VG, but I imagine that it's in a holder marked Fine.

Pitted refers to environmental damage where contaminates have worked their way into the surface of the coin.

here are the main areas in question. you may need a loop to look closely enough at the surfaces in these areas to see if those little black spots are on the surface or are actually inset into the metal

Can't grade the 20 cent piece like other Liberty Seated issues - Liberty was raised, not incused, at striking. Surface problems aside, this grades Fine by conventional standards.

I'd say Fine-15 but bet NGC said VF-20.

F details, porous/corroded as above, with obverse scratches. Not a wise investment, and you'd have trouble getting out of it later.

If this isn't a details grade then NGC is really lowering their standards, pitted and a good sized staple scratch across the obverse from 2:00 to 9:00.
