However, they might warrant a little net-grading. NGC appears to have given this piece a bump in the wrong direction. F-15 is where I would have landed. Report this Post to the Staff

The owner CEO had the gall to send out a message to the public that he was dropping PCGS coins from his registry because PCGS is over grading coins on a regular basis.
