Hey Redrevo117, welcome to the forum. What you're seeing is a combination of Machine Doubling (the shelf-life extensions coming from the devices) and Die Deterioration Doubling (the mushy ghostlike outlines). Unfortunately, not a special variety.

You do have a nice chunk of die chip on top of the Olive branch to the left of Torch.

Thanks for letting me know I was wondering if it was anything special. Does the die chip add any value to it? Also I have found quite a few dimes that have this doubling.

You also have a small die chip between the P and L of Pluribus. Maybe a small die crack too?

These forms of doubling do not command any premium, as they are very common. Die chips don't usually command a premium, though maybe an especially large one might carry a little. This is not to say that people don't enjoy collecting these. If you like it, keep it. =) Look out for die cracks as well if this kind of thing interests you. Lots of neat "no-extra-value" oddities out there.

Greetings. You have ' Mechanical Doubling' on the reverse, Cuds, and die damage. The base of the torch handle has damage that is common for 2017 P dimes ( need a good magnifying glass to see ). Mechanical Doubling does have some value, despite what "purist" collectors may say. The price is dependent on how much doubling has occurred. I sell the ones I find for around $1 - $5 each, however I did manage to sell a 2015 P dime with Mechanical Doubling on both sides for $27.
