I opened an unpaid item case with ebay for a buyer who seems to be ignoring my invoices and my emails after winning three coins from me over a week ago. How long from the time I initiated the case until ebay pulls the plug and says "We hit the guy with an unpaid item strike and you can relist these coins now if you'd like" (or something to that effect)?

I believe it's 3 or 4 days.

Assuming you opened a case for each item (separately) they have 4 days to pay. If you opened the cases through the Resolution Center you will get a message from ebay describing how to proceed. Then there's a another waiting period (4 days?) after which the buyer gets NPB strikes. Don't forget to add the buyer to your Blocked Bidder List.

And just to add, It's too bad buyers can treat the seller like total crap and ebay doesn't allow the seller to give the buyer a negative for the non transaction.

Right, takes time. Sounds like you're doing everything right. Keep calm.

You were charged a value item fee when items sold. Make sure you get those fee's reversed

When did you open the case? Don't wait for ebay to "pull the plug", you can go into My ebay > My Account > Resolution Center and manually close after 4 days.

Exactly my reason for asking the question of how much time elapses...because at 95 hours and 55 minutes from the time I initiated those cases, assuming I'm not paid, I'm going to leave some unflattering feedback comments, like "Non-Payment. Ignores invoices, emails & ebay case actions" Sadly...I have to click the "Positive" option before I can write those things, but...it's better than nothing!

I just can't see buying restored nickles.
Think I'm old school or just getting too OLD.

Quote: I would have done the same thing. Without paying, I would have left you negative feedback also, warning others. That seemed a little unnecessary. If you look at previously sold Buffalo's of his, every listing fully discloses they are restored. The thread is about a nonpaying buyer that will not respond or give a reason.

with Jasper. Some people like restored Buffalos, some don't and others are indifferent. It is fully disclosed in the ended listings I saw. Quote: I would have done the same thing. Without paying, I would have left you negative feedback also, warning others. I don't think that's a very honorable practice. I don't sell many coins on ebay, but I would not want a buyer like that to bid on or purchase my items.
