Feedback percentage, I believe, is based on your last 12 months' feedback received.
If you received feedback on fewer items in the immediate past 12 months (say, March 16 - Feb 17) than you did in (say, Feb 16 - Jan 17), then the lone negative can represent a slightly higher percentage.
EDIT: It is more complicated than just taking your 208 positives and divide by your 209 total received in the last 12 months. Feedback left for you by buyers of multiple items within the same week only get you 1 feedback point.
