I think that's a very nicely struck coin with clean fields and some Strike Doubling on the date. Or maybe the dates all look like that, in which case we'd call it hub doubling. I think that's the way that would go.

So it is in mint condition, but since I've never seen another like it that's as far as I can go. Except that's a weird looking hawk/chicken chimera.

Nice coin! Do you have a story to go with it? Is this a bullion-type coin or did/do they circulate?

It's meant to be a Sea Eagle. Looks alright to me.

Believe you mean for date is doubling on the reverse side position but never noticed it until you mentioned about it and must be variety right

Desire to know about grade rating numbers first before sending for grading service hopefully someone can let me knows the grade actually then my confident can build up to receive high numbers after return there

The coin has clean fields, no gouges or bag marks from other coin contact and the devices are well struck. Mint State coins like this begin at MS60 and go to MS70 for an absolute perfect coin.

If this was a US dollar coin, I would rate it around MS65-67. However, since I've never seen this coin before or seen grading standards for Singapore coins, this is only my opinion.
