Okay. I'll take a stab at it and see what I've learned

I'm seeing a slightly off struck 1994 Rosie (Not a classic coin...yet) that has been Struck Through Grease. Not off struck enough to warrant a premium IMO.

Off angled heavy strike in NE quadrant shows the opposite weakness on DIME, could be (probably is) Greaser on 94 but almost looks like hit, too sharp edged for filled die, and a sty-in-the-eye die chip!

x2 on misaligned die. Not an off center strike because both sides are not off centered equally. More misaligned on the reverse, slightly misaligned on the obverse. Not sure why the date is funky. The weak area on the bottom of the reverse does not correspond to the weak area on the bottom of the obverse (date and INGWT) unless you're flipped 180 degrees.

Yeah - Die misalignment on reverse but so slight I would say it falls in the tolerance of a normal strike. 94 looks to have taken a hit as the bottom of the 4 looks like the metal was pushed into the open part of the 4 filling it in.

I had thought this was simply a late die state with some wear. Hmm.
