I received this coin in a lot of uncleaned coins. It is a cup coin about 27 mm. I didn't weigh it yet The concave part cleaned up very well with scraping and brushing.I have others like this to clean. I know nothing about this and hope someone can identify it.

Hard to make out the details but it may be an issue of Bela III (Hungary).

Looks like Bob is right. Here is a better image.The coin was covered in dirt so I scraped it off with a tootpick and brushed it clean.

Perhaps a little bit of an over-reaction from @crazyb0, but yes definitely go easy on the cleaning. Consider soaking first before resorting to any abrasive cleaning methods. We have discussed this in the past, so you could start by looking at old threads for ideas.
