1961 Circulated Proof Or Business Strike ?

Potbellypub Pillar of the Community United States 900 Posts	Posted 04/07/2017 5:58 pm Found in a coin roll 1961 Jefferson nice shape and the rim seems squared instead of rounded just and the devices seem to be nicely struck wondering if it is a circulated proof or a nice business strike.Either way I like it . I noticed that ALL the ones I looked at had "rounded" steps, nothing showing whereas some of the proof I just got rid of have steps, maybe that's a way to determine the differences?
