all PF70 for $15.

ANACS is ok but I would avoid SGS.

I wasn't considering buying it, but was referring to the condition of the slab.

Maybe ANACS offers a replacement? I don't think the crack will affect the coin any.

Anything slabbed by SGS is a no-go. They don't seem to have the ability to grade anything lower than a PF70.

Regarding the ANACS slab, I think ANACS offers a reholdering service.

I didn't see the asking price of the ANACS quater.
The SGS cents are most likely worth $0.01 each.
I've seen some of their graded coins that have deep marks, scratches, and fingerprints that are graded MS-70.
I think Matt may be right about them not being able to grade anything below an MS-70.

IMO, the location and size of that giant clip on the top of the slab would allow for tampering with the coin. Avoid.

I would pass. SGS is a joke and with this cracked ANACS slab I wouldn't want it.
