If you are a casual collector, and collect purely from circulation, keep it.

Because of its condition, I see no value over face value on it now, or in the foreseeable future.

80,560,000 originally produced. The Chicago issue was the highest number issued. Still, if I found it in the wild, I would probably keep it, although as Steve said, no premium value.

Well, here's the thing - this note can be bought in spanking CU for less than fifty bucks.

The prices of early small portrait notes have been slowly rising, since they are being destroyed by the Federal Reserve when they get their hands on them. In this condition, I've seen them sell for $22 - $25 on ebay, which means that the seller was taking a loss on it after ebay and shipping fees.
