 Looks like some visible obverse hits. 63 or 58. Conservation and grading are likely to cost more than this is worth.

If the oxidation can be removed, this one just might be a 63 or 64. Not worth the money it will cost for restoration and slabbing. You are better off using the TPG money on more circ Morgans.
