There are many attractive examples of this date. This looks like a market acceptable ms60 or 61 with poor eye appeal. I would look for a more attractive piece which are easily available. This coin reminds me of spaghetti stains on a white pair of pants. If you've had that experience, you may be able to relate.

It looks like a dipped coin that was not properly rinsed after the dip, leaving that ugly dip residue around the rim and devices.
