I don't know about the grade but it looks like album toning to me. I'm no expert, though.

I agree that this is natural toning. Based on these pictures I would guess lower AU.

I'm a fan of crescent toning but would you pay $59 for this. that doesn't seem too overvalued for a coin with natural album toning...
