I always love it when I get a coin from an auction and it looks even better in hand. Heritage generally does a pretty decent job of photography and this coin looked pretty good  When I got it, it clearly has mint luster that did not show up in the HA photo. So I started to wonder if I could do better than Heritage...  So, did I? My color is closer to the coin in hand, btw... This was taken with a point source from a high angle in addition to diffuse lighting. Its a trick I've learned when taking photos of darker, but lustrous coins. Edited by Andrew99 04/18/2017 7:17 pm
