And if this is the case can someone post the latest ICCS population report numbers.

Thank you in advance.

that is an after market product, it appears..also I don't believe ICCS would have any numbers on something it doesn't grade.. such as sets..

the linked search results are all proof-like sets..not actual specimen strikes. here is a specimen dollar I have which has light cleaning, it is on the original case either from the mint or a department store that had a numismatic section during the time(the name escapes me at the moment)

@tzetz13 I see you live in Toronto..send me a PM if you'd like..perhaps we can meet up as I wouldn't mind taking a look in person

@mods and staff, not trying to buy it or anything, I just think being fairly close to the OP, an n hand examination could be useful.

You could always bring this item to Coin Expo, held in Toronto this year in early June.

I believe Silverwolf is intimating it may have been a Spink's set. I had a 1952 similar set that I had asked the same question about about and was given that suggestion as a more proper attribution

Those are prooflike strikes as I noted earlier dorado...The pliofilm sets of any year are prooflike, not specimen.
