I'd guess it could be MS64. What appears to be scratches actually looks like die polishing marks.
There is a small distraction at the top near the rim on the obverse and a couple other issues in the denticles that keeps me from saying MS65. Nice coin!

There are a couple of distracting marks and several smaller marks (especially on the obverse) so my first thought is MS-63.

I don't see an obvious cleaning.

I'm with most of you guys but I'm puzzled about the lack of detail of the stars on left side of obverse . Can't be wear because the rest of the coin does not show any wear at all . Weak strike just those stars

Yes, this sort of thing is often found on 19thc coins with stars around the obverse, especially the Seated Liberty issues.

As for the nickel, I'd say it's a mishandled 63 net.

MS63. the reverse scratches are not across the devices and therefore are on the die from polishing. no deductions for that however, it may have had dip in the pool
