Coconutjoe Pillar of the Community United States 1475 Posts	Posted 04/21/2017 10:41 pm ebay rating is unfortunately not to be trusted because sellers can be 100% positive (as this seller "best66666") who sells fake crap all day. This in effect damages honest sellers. This is due to ebay's rating policy, in my opinion. The rating system was much better 10 or more years ago when both sellers and buyers and give negative rating and let them work out a solution. also, it was much difficult to change rating. Now, it's designed so that ebay can make as much dinero as possible without regards for both buyers and sellers. But you are stuck with it for now.
