They absolutely knowingly sell them, as they have repeatedly reposted counterfeits that have been taken down. And considering they have an ebay handler who informs them of their problematic listings. they are reposted with willful intent. In addition the strong bottom on the "N", the relief appears to be too high on a coin that has been worn down to G-VG. That and the fact that it's purportedly a $3000 coin being sold by "coinsandcards" with no certification of any kind.
