All of these coins are drop dead gorgeous.  I assumed those are die polishing lines on the reverse of the Morgan since it is still very lustrous.

Yep....Those are polishing lines. That coin got the PL designation.

I think PCGS was a little tough on a few of these. 1864 - MS63 1880 - MS63BN 1884 - MS64BN 1900 - MS64BN 1903 - MS64RB 1909 - MS64RD 1881S - MS65PL I thought the 1884 and the 1900 were at least going to go MS65. I've never submitted an Indian Head cent that has graded higher than MS64. I've owned dozens of MS66s over the time I've been collecting, and those two look just as nice, maybe better than most of them.
