My first 2017 p nickel and it has a folded over Rim Fin on reverse . The inside of the rims are very sharp both obverse and reverse.

I think that's PMD. I've noticed with new coins the rim is sharper due to they haven't been worn down or smoothed out over years .But I'm not an expert!

In hand you can tell it's a Rim Fin or a piece of foil. They are very sharp I guess they won't be that way in ten years

That is a piece of debris that was struck onto the coin. It is slightly peeling, but would later on fall off the coin. What looks like a hair on the forth image, maybe be where it is still attached to the coin? (or just a hair) But just below that area the color is lighter. That is what I'm referring as the attached part of the debris.

I think that's was a hair coop because it's not in the 3rd image but I see the light spots you are talking about thanks for looking and thanks for the reply.
