From the photo supplied, I don't see any doubling. I'm no expert but the examples I've seen of DDO Bicentennial quarters have most of their markers in "LIBERTY".

It looks like a Machine Doubling, considering the devices have not enlarged due to doubling.

Here is an image of one DDO for that year:

But closer images would tell me more on your coin. I see the 'IN is wider. But that might be from flattening of the devices from circulation or vending machines. So a closer view would be a great help to see what you have.
